Paper Submission

Manuscripts for 8th ICCS 2023 will ONLY be accepted in electronic format through CMT online submission system. Do not send hardcopy of your paper. If you are unable to submit your contribution electronically, please contact us at [email protected]. Please download the template of the manuscript.

  • Authors should only submit originally written, unpublished work to 8TH ICCS - 2023.
  • Submissions should strictly follow the recommended conference template.
  • All references must follow the conference format of referencing.
  • To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper. (For the first submission).
  • Limit your paper within 6 pages. If authors wish to submit an over-length manuscript then over-length page fee will be charged.
  • All fonts must be embedded in the file.
  • Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.
  • The document should not have any password protection.
  • Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
  • Note that short manuscripts / abstracts are not considered.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit papers that have a maximum of 6 pages

Peer review Process

The manuscript will be reviews by two experts to determine their suitability for publication. If the manuscript is inappropriate, it may be rejected without peer review. Two referees assess the manuscript and provide a report to the editor. The editor then decides whether to accept or reject the manuscript, based on the referees’ reports and the author’s response. Reviewers are anonymous, and confidentiality is maintained throughout the process. The reviewer will assess the manuscript’s scope, significance, novelty, clarity, structure, and references.

Plagiarism Check

Please make sure that plagiarism of the manuscripts should not be greater than 10%. Manuscripts having large plagiarism would not be considered for publication. Manuscript will be cross checked by Turnitin Software.
