Submission Guidelines

Authors are requested to submit their abstract through e-mail ([email protected]) in Microsoft Word format. Abstract, not exceeding 250 words, should be typed in Times new Roman (font size 12), double spaced and thoroughly revised before submission. No editing or material changes at the proof stage shall be permitted.

Broad-themes: -

  • The paper should be original and should not have been published anywhere else or be under review for any journal or other conferences.
  • The title should be short, specific, and informative, not exceeding 25 words; type first letters in capitals.
  • The title should be followed by the names of author(s). The name of the principal author/corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) and name of the author who would be presenting the paper should be underlined.
  • Give complete affiliation of the authors. While sending the abstract, the author should also indicate the theme as a. Art and Technology above the title in Times new Roman (font size 14 bold).
  • After receiving the abstract, an acknowledgment will be sent to the author with the reference number. This number should always be quoted while making further enquiries about its publication.
  • The full paper must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format or in PDF format.
  • Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent.
  • Any paper which does not follow the guidelines may not be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
  • Extended Abstract Proceedings would be published in a suitable publication house with DOI/ISBN numbers. Some selected full papers would be published in the selected reputed journals (DOAJ/SCOPUS/SCI/SCIE Indexed).
  • However, separate publication fees for full papers may be applicable depending on the journal policy and fee structure. True publication fees would be decided and communicated to the authors of only selected full papers. Please note that publication fees are entirely separate from Registration Fees.
  • The last date for submission of Abstract is 25th March, 2023.
  • The last date for Submission of Abstract/Full-text Papers is 5th April,2023.
  • The last date for submission of Paper/Art Work ( For Student ) is 15th April, 2023.
  • Event date is 29th April, 2023.
